Cupertino Man Sentenced For Downloading Child Porn

A Cupertino man was sentenced to 64 months in prison for possessing child pornography, the United States Department of Justice announced.Gordon Jensen, 48, of Cupertino, admitted in a plea agreement in February that in June 2006 he had knowingly possessed images of child pornography that he had downloaded from child pornography websites, according to the Department of Justice.Jensen admitted to possessing over 130 images of child pornography, including images portraying sadistic and masochistic conduct, as well as images involving prepubescent minors, according to the Department of Justice.
Jensen also admitted that he e-mailed images of child pornography on several occasions to persons he met in Internet chat rooms, according to the Department of Justice.Jensen is scheduled to serve 64 months in a federal prison and a five-year term of supervised release following his release from prison and that he register as a sex offender, according to the Department of Justice.
