"Baywatch" actor Jose Solano has been charged with four misdemeanors stemming from alleged incident at tattoo parlor in Placerville, Calif., earlier this month, according to TMZ.com.

The site said El Dorado county officials charged Solano with petty theft, driving without a valid license and hit-and-run after he allegedly stole a book of tattoo art from the parlor and fled the scene in his car.

Police said that while he was driving away from the scene, Solano hit a light pole, according to TMZ.

The site said that Solano's next court date has not been set.
